Dual APA Titled Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist
Over the years, I have worked across various clinical settings and areas of physiotherapy. I found my passion in musculoskeletal, sports and vestibular rehabilitation, being accessible and helping everyone that comes through the door. I have developed an extensive understanding of how the body works as an integrated system. My job is to ensure that I help you understand your problem, find out why it has occurred, and provide you with a clear plan on how to recover. From my experience the most crucial aspect of being your physiotherapist is to establish an ongoing two-way relationship, and to empower you back to full health and beyond.
I am actively involved within the community, providing sports coverage for NSW Wheelchair Rugby League, the Pan Pacific Masters Games, Sydney City2Surf, and local netball competitions. I am currently a Student Mentor through the University of Sydney for graduating physiotherapy students.
If I am not busy being your physiotherapist, you will find me having fun outdoors!
We treat you as a whole. Why? Your problem affects various aspect of your daily life both physically and emotionally. It does not matter whether your niggle is big or small, if it is important to you, it is important to us.

WHAT IS VESTIBULAR REHABILITATION?
What is vestibular rehabilitation? If you have experienced vertigo (a sensation of spinning), dizziness or imbalance; this may have to do with the balance organ within your inner ear. This organ is called the vestibular system and its main job is to help you see things clearly when you are moving or when the object is moving.
